Banana flower Pangi Indian Traditional foods
There are many types of bread to be made with fenugreek, banana, bombala, karandi (small wet prawns), jaggery, coconut, cucumber ... both sweet and spicy, veg - non veg. Preferably after dinner, a frying pan was placed on the stove, covered with banana leaves, and covered with a roasting spoon over a low flame. Then we ate breakfast in the morning.
Ingredients
By cleaning 1 banana, 100 gms rice flour (1 cup),50 grams of gram flour, 2 medium onions, 3 green chillies (more or less according to taste), 1/2 coconut flavor, 2 tablespoons oil,A handful of cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, Salt to taste
Action -
First clean the banana flowers and remove the yellow flowers inside. Wash clean and chop finely. Finely chop onion, chilli, cilantro. Grate wet coconut.
In a bowl, combine the above chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric powder, oil, rice and gram flour. Add water as required and knead a loose dough.
Now apply this flour on the banana leaf by hand with a little water. Put another bet under this page. And then slowly lift both the leaves and place them on the heated tawa. Cover with two more leaves on top. I.e. the flour will be completely covered.
Bake for 5 minutes on one side and then fry on the other side for 5 minutes.
