Damta's | Puri laddu or cooked laddu


 
Ingredients- gram flour, sugar, ghee, dried fruits to your liking, water

Action - First knead the gram flour with a little water. Ten minutes

          Cover. Then make puris by making small balls of it

          Fry the sprats nicely in Tupat.

         Once the puris have cooled, mix the small pieces by hand

          Make fine flour.

Not written in standard literature. If there is one kg of gram flour

          One kg of sugar, one kg of ghee

When cooking, add sugar to the pan (only one kg)

            Pour a large glass of water. A little water soaked in sugar

           It will work even if it is more. And two

           Take a plate of water to see if it is ready

           Spoon two or three drops of cooking into it and then yours

          He used to check with his finger.

          Put in the cooked puri flour and stir till it becomes homogeneous

           Mix cardamom nutmeg powder in it. Cover well for two hours

          Keep and add dried fruits of your choice when cool. And Laddu

          Turn around.

                  Plain laddu also looks good. (Without adding dried fruits)
