Garlic naan
Ingredients for the recipe
2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 yogurt, Finely crush 8-9 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon oil, Salt to taste, Water to knead roughly.
Action-
First take flour in a pan and combine all the above ingredients in it, then add a little water and knead a good flour.
Now put a handful of oil on the dough ball and cover the dough in a bowl and set aside for at least half an hour.
After half an hour, knead the dough again by hand and roll it into balls.
Now mix the collected chapati tablets in the flour and roll a long and slightly thick naan on the pan.
Now add water to the top of the naan. And now place it on the tawa so that the watering side comes downwards (take the tawa iron. Nonstick tawa does not work.)
In 1 minute, the naan will start to bubble. Now keep the naan sticking to the tawa and keep the tawa upside down on the gas with the help of a fork.
(That means Nan's side should be on the gas.)
Rotate the pan and fry the naan on all sides.
Don't do it.
Now straighten the frying pan again and remove the naan from it with the help of palita.
Now in a bowl, add finely chopped butter, 8-9 garlic cloves, finely chopped cilantro, mix and place the naan on top.
Prepare your hot naan.
