Khantoli Recipe
In Konkan, Ganesh Chaturthi has Ganpati for 7 days, then different sweets are made in Naivedya every day. That's why this khantoli.
Ingredients400-450 ml water
1/4 cup wet coconut
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
For decoration
1 tablespoon wet coconut and cherries
Action:
First heat the water in a pan on a gas. On the other hand, add ghee to the pan and fry the semolina well. Roast semolina, add wet coconut and saute.
Then add jaggery and add a little bit of hot water and mix well. Add turmeric and mix well. Cover and cook over low heat.
Remove the lid and see that the semolina looks good. Then add cardamom powder. Unify. Grease the plate. Spread the mixture on a plate and spread ghee on the bottom of the glass. Cut with a knife.
Remove to a plate and garnish with coconut and cherries. A sweet offering for Bappa is ready ...
