Lativ Vadi recipe

 


Ingredients - Two cups gram flour, one teaspoon wheat flour, half a cup caraway, half a cup sesame, half a cup dried coconut garlic paste, half a teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon kala masala, one teaspoon chilli powder, salt to taste and oil as required

 Action-

1. First roast the sesame seeds and sesame seeds on low flame and when it cools down, divide it in the mixer. Add garlic and coconut paste in it, do not use any water.

2. Now add black masala, garam masala and salt and mix well.

Combine wheat flour in 3 gram flour. Add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chilli powder and salt to taste and knead well.

4. Roll the prepared dough into small balls, roll it like a chapati, spread a little oil on it and spread the prepared dough. Then roll it and press it well so that the dough does not spread.

5. Then cut the rolls and boil for 20 minutes in a nice boiling pot.

6. When it cools down, fry it in hot oil
