Rajma masala bhaji

Ingredients  

Rajma 150 gms

Everest rajma masala 1 and half  spoon

Onion 1 large

Tomato 1 large

Red chili powder + salt + jaggery to taste, lemon to taste

Ginger cut 1 inch and cilantro for garnish.

Action

Soak beans in hot water overnight and cook in a cooker with a little water in the morning. 

Then chop fine onion, tomato, ginger and cilantro till the cooker cools down.

Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, turmeric powder, asafoetida and fry till fine onion is browned. 

Add jaggery and half a lemon juice if desired and cover with a lid. 

When gravy thickens, turn off the heat and serve with hot chapatti.
