The nectar of wrestlers: Thandai Maharashtra Special
Thandai is a mixture that after drinking 95% of the body's waste is removed and the body heat is reduced quickly and a very restful sleep.
Even a normal person should drink it at home 2-4 times a week. Body heat decreases immediately, strength increases tremendously, bones become stronger. Definitely do it at home.
Presenting 1 liter Thandai recipe
Ingredients -
1) Almonds 30 nos. (Those who want to do it every day should bring 5 kg at a time.
2) Poppy seeds 3 tbsp. (Add asafoetida on cold days)
5) If you don't have 1/2 liter of milk (cold then better) then water will work.
6) 1 cup sugar.
Recipe
In a mixer or stone bowl, add 25 almonds and grind finely. If you are using a pot, finely chop with a lemon stick.
In the same way, mix poppy seeds, dill and valerian together in a mixer and grind it.
Put the almond powder in a large mixer and add 3-4 cups of milk to make a paste. Add poppy seeds, dill and valerian powder.
Now add 2-3 / 2-3 cups of milk and mix it with a mixer.
Finally turn on the mixer for 2 minutes when all the milk is gone.
The finished mixture will look like foam. Now strain the mixture through a dry cloth and take it to another copper. This will set the whole quarter aside.
Then add 1/2 cup sugar and make the syrup as you do below.
Then it will be drinkable.
In the past, Thandai was done with a stone pot and a wooden stick of lemon, but nowadays mixers are used everywhere.
You can cool down at home as soon as possible. The action is not difficult but it takes 10 minutes. But anyone who works hard wrestling or bodybuilding or playing any outdoor sport must get cool .. It gives a lot of strength.
Note : Drink only after filtering with cold clothes, throw away the chotha, and if you drink it, there is a possibility of kidney stones.
