Veg Carbonara Pasta



Carbonara pasta is usually made with bacon or pancetta. Here mushrooms are used to make wedges.

In a blender, add cashew nuts, yeast, turmeric, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt and milk and blend well. 

Smooth consistency means that the sauce is ready.

Now boil the spaghetti pasta and cook it. (As per the instructions on the packet).

Now put 2/3 tbls butter in a pan, add grated / crushed garlic. Chop large chillies. And fry until mushrooms are cooked.

Add cooked spaghetti and toss with mushrooms. Now add the sauce made above. Add salt, black paper and toss the spaghetti to coat well and heat over low heat.

Sprinkle parsley and black paper while serving.

                2) This pasta can be made both veg / non veg
