Kolhapuri Egg Rassa gravy
Ingredients
Five boiled eggs (Fill a pot with water and put water on the gas. Add salt and boil the eggs for 15 minutes.)
A large onion finely chopped, A large chopped tomato, A green pepper, A tablespoon of garlic paste, Onion-coconut crush, Kolhapuri Kandalsoon Masala, Salt to taste,Finely chopped cilantro
To make egg broth, heat oil in a pan. Fry finely chopped onion till nice pink.
Add salt, ginger and green chillies to taste and salt.
Now add finely chopped onion-coconut, onion-tomato puree. (We fry onion, tomato, chilli, cilantro, ginger and garlic together and use its puree) Add Kolhapuri onion garlic masala. Add chopped cilantro. Mix well, pour water and bring to a boil.
Also I grate a boiled egg so the gravy is pretty thick.
So now take boiled peeled eggs. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. And leave the eggs in the sauce. Cook again for a while. And garnish with cilantro.
